S.D. Malkin Properties has developed a four-star Resort on a prominent 2.75 acre site on the beach in Oceanside, California.

The Resort consists of The Seabird Ocean Resort and Spa, a 226 room full service resort, and The Mission Pacific Beach Resort, a 161 room boutique hotel. The Resort offers five restaurant and bar venues in artfully designed indoor and outdoor dining and pool areas and 22,000 square feet of interior meeting and function space. The Mission Pacific Beach Resort incorporates the restored Graves House, a local attraction that was featured in the movie Top Gun, and The Ozone boutique that was curated by the team behind Value Retail.

The Resort offers easy access to a world class surfing beach, the historic Oceanside Pier, and downtown cultural attractions including the Oceanside Museum of Art and the California Surf Museum.
